    • F - Focus

    • R - Respect

  • INVEST - For User Stories:

    • I - Independent

    • N - Negotiable

    • V - Valuable

    • E - Estimable

    • S - Small (enough)

    • T - Testable

  • DEEP - Describing the state of a good Product Backlog

    • D - Detailed enough (for now…)

    • E - Estimated

    • E - Emergent

    • P - Prioritised (although, I prefer Ordered)

  • MoSCoW - Useful for quickly categorising/prioritising Product Backlog Items
